Super fast service! I went in a little before 1pm.
-This location is bad, simple as that. The sandwich fixings are basically frozen and the sandwiches are barely held... together. -The staff is the most unprofessional, of all Jimmy John's I've been to I'm the city. I'm very sure the cashier andperson in charge weren't sober. - They over charged me deliberately. I wanted specific things for my kids orders but instead ofrecommending the most affordable way to get it, they told me I could only order a certain way and charged me WAAYY too much forthe extras. -My wife complained and the manager in charge acted like he didn't understand what she meant and had an abhorrentattitude. There was no attempt to understand or correct the issue. -DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Read more
just FYI, "freaky fast" at this location means an hour. For one sandwich. Don't even bother to call and ask for more... information...they can't track an order once it leaves. But they appreciate your "patience". Read more
I've only ever got the delivery so I can't mark their in-store service. Delivery times vary from 10 minutes to an hour and the... drivers will usually complain about being understaffed if it takes awhile (which it does quite often). The drivers have alwaysbeen very friendly and pleasant. The quality of the product is just OK. It's not the worst thing I've ever had but nowhere nearthe top of my deli list in the area or anywhere else. I like that they offer the whole wheat bread option and their chips arefantastic but the tomatoes are usually a bit soft and they use more lettuce than I've ever had. Their regular bread is reallygood and crispy but I prefer the hearty wheat. They have extensive menu options which is nice but in terms of condiments theylack behind nearly ever deli I've ever been to. As far as I know they don't carry olives, spinach, jalapenos or any other cheesethan provolone. Overall, they're product is edible but vastly overpriced. I continue to order from them because they're theonly location near my work that delivers other than pizza places and I do like seeing their drivers. They're also very friendlyon the phone and their chips are on point. Read more
Nothing speedy about this location.....and more often than not sandwich is made wrong. If you want lunch on time order 1.5hrs... before you want it delivered. Read more
