Reviews for Cureight in The Woodlands, TX
My wife and I had dinner this last Saturday at Cureight. It was a phenomenal culinary experience. We had the entire 10-course... meal with the matched wines. From the start, we were made to feel welcome by Josh, the on duty manager, and our servers, Adamand Claudia. Adam handled the food aspects and informed us comprehensively about the food couplings in each dish. Claudia servedthe matched wines with each course, advising on the origin, salient characteristics of the wine, as well as how it matched withthe particular course. My wife and I are no strangers to fine dining, but the food was exceptional by even that standard. Therewas a decided Asian influence in the food that threaded itself throughout the meal, lending an exotic taste experience to ourevening. We left happily satiated and will return. One thing detracted from our experience, but I do not know if the Cureightmanagement can do anything about this. In an eating environment such as this, while church sanctuary quiet is not expected, neither is a noise level from patrons more suitable for a more plebeian sports bar and grill. The latter was the case for mywife and I, with patrons in the next table carrying on so loudly that it was difficult to understand what our servers weresaying. One bit of advice for prospective customers: Put on your big kid pants before coming. The individual serving sizes aresmall, but very rich. You will be stuffed by the end of the night. Read more
Wow. Chef Austin and his amazing team do a fantastic job. Probably the best composed menu I’ve had since I left NYC. ... Wonderful, interesting flavors and textures balanced extremely well, and everything cooked to perfection. Being able to watchthe team prepare the dishes was also fun. I would really recommend it and will definitely be returning. Read more
