Hands down the worst Chick-fil-A in the north Houston area. They never get my order correct. The portions are always small and... fry cups half filled. I paid $10 for a breakfast bowl on Monday morning and knew I?d regret it, but it was the only one I waspassing on that particular morning. The bowl wasn?t even 1/3 filled. I mean it was laughable. Terrible!!!! Fries are old, cold and extremely salty! I can?t eat this. See photo below. Who poured this amount of salt on old,... cold fries?! Great food as always. I ordered a peach shake on the app but they apparently don't have peach shakes anymore which is more of an... app problem than it is a store problem. I love Chick-fil-A but today was not a good day for lunch at this location. Drive thru lines moved slow, my chicken was old and... over cooked. I ordered a large fry and was served a medium fry in a large container. I took the fries back and were given newones only to discover the rest of my food was just as bad. I just paid over 15$ for dry, overcooked, old chicken. My sandwichhas NO pickles instead of having extra. Andddd my coke taste flat. Nothing about my visit today was good. I go to Chick-fil-Amultiple times a week and this has by far, been the worst. Read more
This location was super busy. It was easy to get to off the highway, but a bit hidden. The cashier was patient, polite and... friendly. The restrooms ???? were clean and there was an infant changing area in the handicapped bathroom in the women'srestroom. The food was ordered and we waited less than 10 minutes for our food.
