I came into Brothers tonight and ordered a large pizza and antipasto salad for dine-in. The salad was great, the pizza. Not so... much. But the staff was really took the expierence from a 5/10 to a 1/10. The staff runs that place in complete chaos. No oneattends to people waiting on pizza in the waiting area unless they?re asking how much longer (often their orders were sitting onthe oven) the kid at the cashier stand had no idea at any given point what was going on. We ordered a half and half pizza (herepeated this order back to us exactly as we ordered it so I know he understood half was to be pepperoni only) we wait a halfhour for our food. As I start to see people who came in after us get their pizza (also for dine in) I go politely ask how muchlonger the pizza would be. This kid working has no idea where my ticket is. He?s searching the kitchen then comes to tell meit?s being made. I thank him, and go sit back down. Understanding working in a restaurant can be chaos sometimes as I myselfhave worked in many. Another 15-20 minutes later we get our pizza. And it?s made incorrectly. We let the person know who broughtit to us. He takes it back. The guy who made the pizza looks over the ticket and says ?I?m not making this. I?m not doing halfand half? if half pizzas are not able to be made, the kid at the register needs to let us know that prior to paying and waiting45 minutes for the pizza. Also, everyone in that restaurant needs to have a better attitude towards the customer. Simplyexplaining sorry there was a misunderstanding when your ordered and we can?t do a half and half pizza would have been a muchbetter expierence than already sitting there almost an hour for food with a ticket that got lost and watching the person saythey?re not making the pizza the correct way. I'm giving three stars because the only thing good about this place is the food. Very terrible customer service I ordered and it... took 15 mins to get my pizza (which isn't bad, but not when there serving someone else before you that walked in after). So thatwas frustrating. To top it off the front guy was just sitting in a chair waiting to do something. Clean or sanitize tables inthe meantime, sweep or something. Don't just sit there, not only that but when he did get up to serve me my pizza, he did notoffer parmesan cheese or anything. Just gave us plates and the food and didn't say anything else. First time I had a cheese pizza here it was about 3 years ago, one of the best pizza's I've had. Other times the pizza was good... but not as good as that one, I wish I had gotten the name of the guy that made that pizza, he was great. But this last visit thecheese and sauce were good but the crust tasted like cardboard. I hope they can fix this. Read more

Not sure what all the hoopla is about with this pizza, but it's extremely basic in appearance and most definitely in taste.... Matter fact, Marco's is running CIRCLES around this overly priced eatery. I ordered the veggie pizza which comes with BP, BO,onion, mushroom & "extra" mozzarella. There was DEFINITELY no extra cheese (see pic.) And the pizza was pretty much flavorless.The employees are pleasant though. Read more
