I came here the other day and ordered my usual. A matcha latte with almond milk. It wasn?t until after I left I tasted my drink... and realized they had put coffee instead of almond milk. Soooo I was drinking a Coffee matcha latte. Im not mad, I went toanother Starbucks and got it fixed. But just future reference, there?s no coffee in any type of matcha latte. And I clarifiedthis at the next SB, where they were confused at why my drink was brown and not green. Read more

This is the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too. (Or should I say deal with), I order Starbucks everyday! (I have been doing... it for the past 10 years.). And I have lived several place and have traveled and been through several stores? BUT this one?. DONOT WASTE YOUR TIME! On my way to work, I did the mobile order under my significant others name since he surprised me for mybirthday w/a gift card. My regular store? WHICH is NEVER open anymore, my mobile order was sent to this store, on my way towork, I found out that it was sent to the wrong store, so I called this store?.NOW let me say this VERY VERY VERY clear, I am anessential employee and work in customer service, and if I handled a 911 call like this employee did?. I WOULD BE FIRED ON THESPOT!!! I called in to say I had accidentally sent my order to store and that I wouldn?t be able to pick it up because I wasgoing to work and it wasn?t on my way. She replied ?Ok, I?ll throw it away? and hung up. YUP. HUNG UP ON ME! Then I calledback, because Starbucks IS NOT CHEAP?. And the same girl answers the phone, I explain that I just called and that the girl hungup on me, and she responded ?What you do want now?? Let me tell you, If your loved one called 911 and I answered ?What do youwant know?!? I would be looking at a new job quick fast and in a hurry, because I?m not going to have a job for that. And so Iasked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager?. (WAIT WHAT!?!?) So I asked her, ?What is your name?? She refusedto give me it, then she said ?Are you kidding me?? First, if you?re the manager, you would give your name. Second, if she trulywas the manager, I think the store owner should question what time of people they have running the store. This Starbucks is fantastic. The staff is always fantastic and happy to see you. They knew our drinks within a couple days. I... also loved seeing their caring for their regular customers. One of the customers must have been deaf and the batista that madeher drink learned some sign language so they could communicate. Read more

This is a typical Starbucks located on the square at Lake Sumter Landing. The night we visited the service was a bit on the slow... side. Not unusual for a Starbucks, I suppose, but with the amount of traffic this one does, you'd think they'd be a bit more onthe ball. The scones and hot chocolate were very good.
