The worst service I've ever, ever had. We were seated in a nice booth next to the bar area, and after being ignored for 20... minutes sought out and asked the server for our drink and dinner orders to be taken. Another 20 minutes later, I got up to begfor our drinks. When she finally came, my water had lemon floating in it, which I had specifically asked not to be given.Another 15 minutes, still no water. Total of an hour or more to get a simple glass of water! Our meals took well over an hour toarrive after ordering. When we finished, had to again approach the server for our check. Then another long wait for our couponto be applied. We have eaten here many times before and never had such a terrible experience. I understand many places areshortstaffed, but we watched people at the bar next to us getting prompt service. Read more

We went to eat at Ruby Tuesday at Spanish Springs in The Villages & we truly enjoyed it! The Chicken Parmesan & Backyard BBQ... Salad were delicious. Our waitress, Nae, was wonderful. She always checked to make sure we had everything we needed. She wasso nice. When we were going to pay the bill, I realized I had forgotten my birthday coupon. Upon hearing that, Nae called hermgr to get approval to ok giving us the discount!! She made my birthday special!! Read more

Ruby Tuesday has the most fabulous salad bar ever. I was happy to see that they have specials throughout the week. The food was... absolutely delicious and I plan to go back and take advantage of their salad bar specials that occur at least twice a week.
