Disorganization, inefficiency, clueless employees. Always a long line, yet employees consistently ignore the customers. The... cashier's don't seem interested in taking customer others. Ask this and the manger is nowhere to be found. The tracking screensare always uhh the red which means the personnel can't keep up with orders. They really need corporate intervention. Variety of dishes are good. Friendly Staff and the Fuji Apple Salad is very good.
This place is so filthy. Bugs flying around, dead bugs in lights and on ledges. A bug flew into my soup. While we were waiting... for our food an employee was cleaning the ceiling by the food. The ceiling was going from orange/ yellow to white. I don?tunderstand why you?d do that during dinner when people are getting food. So gross. Read more

My husband and I went to The Villages for a free concert at the square. We got dinner there before the concert started at Panera... Bread that is a very convenient for concert attendees and within walking distance to the square. We ordered a Turkey sandwichwith a soda for the drink. The chips were offered free with the purchase of a sandwich. The sandwich was freshly made and it wasdelicious, the only problem was that it had a lot of spicy mustard on it, we both would have liked a little less and have itmore evenly spread on the bread. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. The sandwich was quickly made. Theprice of the sandwich and soda was was a little higher than expected. They also had quite a few different desserts options thatlooked amazing, but being on a strict diet we didn?t try any of the cookies, cupcakes or croissants.
