Stopped in for a quick lunch break. Tables were all filthy, I placed my order under dine in and the kiosk said take a number and... your food will be delivered to your table. They yelled my order number not my table number and left the food at the counter Ihad to ask for my drinks as they did not serve them and the manager ( woman in red shirt) gave a attitude. A older gentlemanwalked in to pick up his order by name because he did not know his order number and the manger gave him a terrible attitude andtold him you need your order number not a name and he replied he didn?t know his order number and she replied not her problemand grabbed the only bag at pick and tossed it on the counter. ?The Villages where the friendliest people are? she does not haveany manners or consideration of others. Ordered 2 meals. Received only 1 after being too far to realize. The one I did get was a bacon egg and cheese missing the bacon.... I paid $16 for one half made meal. But hey, keep demanding $15/hr and lacking basic skills. Read more
Terrible! Always used to come every morning to mcdonalds for YEARS! but the business has declined rapidly. From ONE very rude... service to me and my family, to TWO basically skimping the food on us from thrown together off the bun burgers that are alwaysunder cooked, to THREE the fries! Always half filled if even that generous! We came up there the other day and asked for a pupcup because we have gotten them from mcdonalds many many many times because my service dog always thinks he will get somethingif he looks cute at a drive thru and the lady gacked at our dog and closed the door and then proceeded to make my father nervousfor not seeming like he knows what he's talking about when I can show you it online. She started mocking my father's commentsand had him so flustered he just accepted defeat..... not the proper way to handle customers in the food industry and I wouldknow as a server of 6 years and grew up in the restaurant industry for 20 years.
