We (always) have a good meals there. They usually have some good specials to try as well. The waiter was great- tried hard to... help us decide what meal to try. We like enjoying a drink at the bar before sitting down to dinner - note the bar is popularlate afternoon / early afternoon- seating is hit and miss. Worth a try! Read more

Great experience all around! We made a reservation for 6:30pm for my aunt's birthday and were seated right away. We chose to sit... out on the patio to take in the golf course view. Katie was an amazing server! She was super helpful in answering menu questionsand cracking jokes with us - we had the coconut shrimp, swordfish special & the roasted chicken with key lime pie for dessert.Everything was cooked perfectly with great flavor. Had the Short Rib Risotto. Excellent! And Mrs had the Haddock fish fry. Also Excellent. Tiramisu for dessert was tasty as well.... Our server (forgot her name) was great. Managers walked the floor to make sure everyone was well taken care of. 10 STARS! Read more

I attended with my cousin to a work related event. Firstly, the lady at the reception told us that the party was not booked... there. Then with clarification, she found the booking! The place was packed and this noisy, which was not too bad. We found ourparty relatively easily and had a set menu with various choices. I chose the short rib with risotto and my cousin and hercolleague chose the fish and chips. We never received any bread rolls but saw numerous tables with the rolls including some ofthe tables from our party but we did get the plates for the rolls.. there goes one star!! The serving staff were very nice andhospitable and the manger came around with a friendly smile and was openly ensuring his customers were happy.. This helped tosustain the stars that were left! The cocktails were good and priced as one would expect and ample fluid was given. I wasdisappointed with my meal so hence another star gone. It tasted lovely don't get me wrong. 100% for flavor but my idea of shortrib is something on a bone that falls off when you cut into it. Instead I got shredded beef in sauce on top of the risotto ( seephoto) I mean I know it's mainly older folks in The Villages but not that old!! My companions seemed to have no complaints abouttheir food and it was all nicely proportioned. The salad was good and the decor, toilets and overall service was good. Pricesare fair and I paid around $17 for 3 drinks so that was not too shabby. Expect to wait if you go on Saturday afternoon as it isvery popular.The smells of the other meals were heavenly so I'd certainly give it another visit and try other meals if in thearea again. We visited Havana Country Club Restaurant on a warm Saturday afternoon. The hostess honored our request to sit outside in the... shade. My wife had a wrap, my friend had the Key Lime Pie, I had the bacon wrapped hot dog. All our choices were very good! Why did I order the hot dog...because it was fried. Deep fat frying a hot dog improves a hot dog from something good tosomething excellent. Don't take my word, you've got to try one. We had great service. We plan to go back Havana in the nearfuture.
