Man I?m telling ya those grilled chicken nuggets are the bomb. I?m not really into fried chicken but I was in the mood for some... chicken so we stopped in and was checking out the menu and saw them and placed my order. and Wow so tender and moist and spicedup with what tasted like just pepper and was perfection! I?m definitely ???????? hooked now and can see why the drive threw lineis always stupid long. Thanks for having grilled items like the nuggets! Please don?t remove them from the menu?. But I?dsuggest more than two choices for amount of nuggets you can get. Read more
Drive thru lane is always insanely long and takes about 45min so I always choose to carry out and almost every time my large fry... is always halfway empty as you can see in the photo (I did not eat one fry before taking this). A true disgrace to theChick-fil-a standards! Read more
Asked for a #7 meal of nuggets, and got a grilled chicken sandwich instead, with Cheese and Bacon. Which I don?t eat pork since... 1985. Didn?t want to get back via drive thru, cause it got busy. Asked for ketchup and got HoneyRoosted bbq sauce instead. LeoGetz is right from Lethal Weapon 2 Movie: They always fu@k you via drive thru. Food is always delicious, quick & consistent. Our 5 year old played on the indoor playground for an hour while we worked on our... laptop. Always feels clean and safe for the whole family. Staff was friendly and courteous. Read more

I was a former employee at the Blacklake 192 Chick-fil-A and was VERY disappointed with this location. I had a simple order... (side salad, xtra cheese and tomato) and the lady said she couldn?t give me xtra tomato?s even if I paid so I had to settle andhave sliced tomatoes. When I received the salad there was no extra cheese (there was no red flag sticker and was less than evenaverage cheese) The line was ridiculously long (19 minutes) and the guy at the window was less than friendly I felt like hedidn?t care to have a conversation with me since I was sitting at the window for a good 5 minutes... I?m no Karen but I reallyloved working for the company and was there for 5 years and was just disappointed with this location/service. Read more
I would post the pictures from the food but it was so delicious I ate it so fast I forgot to take the photos. The customer... service is always excellent. The food is completely delicious. And the sauces are so good. I can hardly live without the cookiesat the end of the meal Chick-fil-A is an excellent place to go if you're hungry. Read more
My wife and I were looking forward to getting a dinner tonight. Unfortunately the hours on the front door said the restaurant... was open till 10p. It wasn't until I walked up to the door did I see the change of the posted hours on a piece of paper. Ifyou're going to change your hours, that's fine but change the actual time on the door with more than a note. I've been going tothis location since they first opened and don't get to go there very often. But I'm really just disappointed. I do loveChick-fil-A, and I understand that this a multimillion dollar corporation. My opinion probably means nothing. But, how manypeople do they need to complain to for this sad excuse of a situation to change. Read more
