Hello this place should be closed down contact the burger king franchise please..the more that contact the better to have it... shut down .... 3rd time I was there on radom days the doors are locked mid day and people not at drive thru...I have triedmultiple times I see it open one day next no employees. When open they are always out of stuff once they were out of burgershello your a burger place.. No fries no chicken no breakfast because our microwave is broke. We love BK, but this store is so poorly run, staffed. They run out of fries, onion rings, only 2 people working. One in the... kitchen and the other at the window. Please, please look into this store. It us in a good location and there is no reason forthis. We don't want to see it go under but they have lost so many customers due to inefficiency. Sorry to say,burgers were cold.they were out of regular coke,but fries were warm but still soggy and limp. One shining note was... that the mgr(I think)was very friendly,and apologized fervently for taking so long to get the order ready. I ordered 2 whoppercombo,s and 2 jr. Whoppers,a lemonade and a cherry coke,both were undrinkable the cherry coke smelled of perfume and lemonadewas horrible. Read more
This place is a joke I would give it zero Stars if I could everyone is rude disrespectful they will cuss you out the food is... always cold and correct or falling apart. This is by far the worst run place I have ever been to don't waste your time yourmoney or your patience it's not worth it go anywhere else! Bought food here for the first time and I will never go back. I bought Double Texas Whopper meal. The fries and sweet tea were... fantastic! The Whopper was something to be desired. I couldn't even finish eating it. After taking a few bites I had to stop, Iwas getting sick. The burger itself was like room temperature,if that. The onions were cut so thick that they should have beenonion rings. The cheese wasn't melted. There was so much mayonnaise and mustard that I couldn't even taste the jalapenos letalone anything else on this burger. Didn't even get my food as I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes behind the person at the window. When I got to the window, I... asked how long my food would take. The rude attitude person said they only have 1 person working. Oddly, I counted 3, plusthe one outside smoking. She told me I needed to be patient. Buh bye. Read more
