I ordered 3 dinners of sirloin steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Broccoli was raw. Mashed potatoes were potatoes with skins... on mashed in lumps. Took skins out and there were more skins in the pile than potatoes. 1 steak was charred and terribletasting, plus lots of sinew in it. 1 was a chunk and great flavor but not chewable. Last one was small and thin and very tough.We used to love Applebee?s, but we definitely won?t order this meal again. Read more
Ugh my nephew was hurling by the time we got home and he only ate the beef patty and my chix fingers were soaked in grease and... barely warm like they had shut the fryer down..I only ate part of that piece if we hadn't been giving friends a ride from theairport and it was really late I'd have complained to management. Just say no I would have taken a cold sandwich. Maybe arefrigeration issue? Not sure but not good. Read more
Short staff was definitely a factor when we went in for dinner. Food was served in a timely manner, friendly staff & drinks on... point. Only reason got lower score is the servers/bartender were having conversations not approved for work. Read more
Horrible service and no salad that I ordered had to ask twice. Then no drink that ordered had to ask twice. The server spilled... my food on the table when it came to me? not cool. Plus I was charge for my bill four times. I called my bank and said it wasrang four times and all four charges came in a minute apart? so not a technical error. We had the endless chicken wings. The wings were really chunks of breast.The French fries were so salty we couldn't eat them.... Our waitress did bring out a no-salt portion. The service was very slow. Some customers sat for about 20 minutes and no one cameto take their order so they left. No excuse; the restaurant was not that busy. Over all, we probably won't be back. Everyone knows what to expect at an Applebee?s, but this location really surprised us. The restaurant was ?hospital clean?, our... waitress was so friendly and helpful (appears she enjoys her job and people!), food was outstanding; really a great visit. If I could give 0 stars I would. Applebees left a meal out of my bag. I call to speak to the manager to let him know my driver... is coming back and the manager lets me know I need to get on the phone with door dash to have it reordered. Instead of enjoyingthe food I do have, I should be getting on the phone with customer service. The manager did not claim any responsibility. I didnot receive an apology, and was not compensated for anything. He gave me problems about putting another order in for a $7 kidsmeal that I clearly already paid for when he should have been concerned about keeping a valued customer. I felt bad for mydriver so I tipped him again for making another trip back. Completely inconsiderate for a customer expecting to order a simplemeal for my family and instead having to wait and pay double to have my order delivered. It takes one time for me to haveterrible customer service to never give that place my business again. When you find a restaurant with great food and awesomecustomer service value it because it is few and far between these days and Applebees in the villages just isn?t it. Read more
