This visit was by far the best! Caitlin was my server, very friendly, attentive and made sure I had some crackers with my meal!... Food was fantastic as usual. Even the hostess was helping clean tables. HUGE difference from the visit prior. GREAT JOB! I lookforward to my next visit! Had to edit my review as I came home with food poisoning within 3 hours of visiting this location, Icalled the manager Margaret at the south side location as the one at this location is MIA. Margaret then told me they had noother reported incidents. She told me I needed to get a report from a physician. I was trying to let them know so they wouldn?tget anyone else sick. She did not take me seriously. I am truly disappointed this is how management treats their customers. Thisused to be my favorite place to eat.. Read more
The waitress was the best. We came late right b4 they were closing she was very friendly and super patient. Never once did she... try to rush us at all. I give this place 8 out of 10.. The food was to be expected a lil more pricey than we expected. But allin all it was a very very wonderful experience thanks to our waitress. I wish I could remember her name.. I did however tellthe manager how great she was. Thanks again for your patience young lady you are amazing. Read more
Calamari is probably one of the best I?ve ever had. Nice and hot and crispy. The crab boil was awesome. I wasn?t expecting... much being so far from any body of waters. But they sure can cook a crab boil. Read more
Quick to get seated, but over an hour wait for our food. Very inattentive waitress. Drinks left empty, only two crab crackers... for our full table, after trying several times to ask for more, she never brought them. We hardly saw our waitress. Asked forsimple things, and never received them. I did not like the plastic serve ware, nor the foam plates. They were completelyuseless and cheap. The food was very over cooked. The shrimp was just gross ( 4 different boils ) the garlic butter option wasjust butter. Zero garlic flavor. The crab legs, both king and snow were not fresh. I have never experienced crab legs that youcannot crack! No matter what we did, we could not open the legs. They were all bendy, and would not crack open. I wanted to justask the waitress for scissors, but again, we never saw her. So, our crab legs went pretty much uneaten, because they would notcrack open. Only bend like rubber. We could not get the meat. I have been to many other boil places, and this was by far theworst. Almost $500 and we could hardly eat any of the food. They also added an almost $60 gratuity, and still wanted a tip. Forempty cups and food we couldn't eat? I would not ever recommend coming to this place. Read more
