By far the worst delivery service I have ever dealt with, to the point my wife & two kids didn't get to eat because the delivery... driver was so arrogant & gangsta I had to close the hotel door on him...well done Pizza Hut, & well done The Pas...ps this isjust the beginning of my rant. Read more
Great Pizza Today.
Ordered at 4pm. Didn't deliver till 6 pm because there was no delivery driver. Spent $50 on a medium pizza and 8 boneless wings.... Food was warm. Definitely not worth the $$ Read more
not a good customer service exp here. I ordered a 33.99 3ple treat combo.I was not informed that some items included in the... combo had addl charges since they dont have boneless bites and cookie so I chose something else which I ask prior what are myother option for the unaavailable items. Upon checking my receipt I talked to the same lady who took my order about the adlcharges and told her that I didnt want those addl charges if she could have informed me I could have chosen a diff order.After afew min of waiting while she figures out on the till I told her again if she could talk to her manager or supervisor then shetold me that she is the Assistant store manager. I ask what could she do to fix the issue coz I only want a 33.99 combo plustaxes. She told me she could do nothing but could possibly make the next orders right. It isnt fair for me or for othercustomers to be charge extra without them knowing. I know this is just a small amount but little things matter if you guys wantyour business to prosper. For an asst manager I expected a better customer service and decision making for simple things likethis. I will not recommend this place to my friends until customer service gets better. Read more
Great place to grab pizza now that it's been renovated and updated. Debit on delivery, full menu, and unless it's very busy the... wait times aren't half bad either. If you want to be a lazy POS and not cook for yourself tonight this would be a nice choice. Read more
