For an establishment that's open 24/7 they never seem to be serving anything at night. We called them this time to make sure... they were making food but when we get there suddenly they were only making drinks. Most of the time they even say their drinkmachines are down. Fire your night staff and just close for the night would be better than dealing with lazy workers. Read more
Forgot part of my order and nobody in the kitchen was wearing hair nets. Last I checked, hair nets were still part of health... code. I'm left wondering what else that isn't as obvious is also not being done. Read more
I know they are doing the best they can but sooooo SLOW!!! 33 minutes this morning to get 2 coffees and 2 mini... donuts. Managers need training so their staff can be properly trained. And treat your employees well and they will performbetter. Read more
