I found out the hard way that The Dalles Taco Time is a privately owned franchise that has the ability to set it's own prices,... refuse to take Taco Time gift cards and refuse to provide info on filing a customer complaint. The store staff seems niceenough and the food can be good but it is no where near the service that Taco Time corporate stores provide. Read more
Went there today an I ordered burrito combo meal with a coke an it was INSANLY expensive 16.80. They guy at the window forgot... to give me my coke an hot sauce I asked for....LAST TIME GOING THERE!! I can't afford a 16 dollar lunch when they always forgetitems Read more
This store has seen a large improvement to the appearance itself and service. The store has gone through a remodel. Before it... was a very dark and dank place. It's had a refresh and is more pleasant to visit. The staff are also much nicer. I've haddisappointing experiences in the past, but this time was great and friendly. Read more
I always enjoy Taco Time foods, as I did this time. It is quite different from the main competitor, Taco Bell. The staff were... friendly and helpful. Service was reasonably fast. The restaurant was quite clean and in good repair. It has been remodeledsignificantly since I last visited, a few years ago. Read more
It was okay, but not on par with some Taco Times in WA (notably in North Bend and Renton) that are amazing. The crispy taco meal... here comes with only one (!) taco for the same price. The service was good though, and it was clean. Minus another star becausethere is no bathroom, just a port-a-potty outside (see photo). There are two signs on the door listing conflicting opening times(see photos). I think they are open until 10pm...? Read more
Food was tasty, however the crisp pinto bean burritos could have been crispier. The building is a little dated but don't let... that detir you because the food was all hot, fresh, smelled wonderful and tasted good. The staff was kind and conversational,the atmosphere was nice. Why does this not have a 5 star??? Old reviews??? Just went there in late 2022 and this is by far the best taco time I have... ever been to. The outside looks amazing, gives me desert southern vibes, and the inside is super clean and modern. The foodwas the same as everywhere else, but the staff was definitly better than your average minimum wage workers and they genuinelycared about me having a good experience. 97/100, 1 taken away because food wasn't exceptional, and 2 because they were out ofmini quesedillas.
