Went through drive thru a little past midnight. Service was slow but communication at the window was.?..? lacking to saw the... least. Id give em negative if I could. My four yr old just handed me a black hair and said here mommy an eyebrow hair, from his taco... bell. Yuck. Which only has for tiny chunks of chicken in the chipotle melt. I'm disgusted. Read more
My teen age son and I had lunch at TB the other day. Second time we had the double steak burrito and they were just great all... over again. I've had three of those now and I'm giving that meal a hearty endorsement. Read more

The bathrooms don't have a diaper changing table, and the woman's bathroom was very dirty and one of the 2 stalls was out of... toilet paper. Food wasn't very good either. Disappointing. Read more
One Star is too much. So I placed an app order at 9:30 pm I drive to the location (less then 5 min) to find out the order did... not go through after finally getting to the speaker 35 minutes after waiting in line. the time is now 10:07 pm. the ladyinformed me that she could not do the same price for the order that was $11 instead it would be almost $38. I drove back home tograb my phone and noticed that the order did go through so I then drive back there the time is now 10:10 p.m. I first notice theline is wrapped around the parking lot like it was before only this time it is actually in the street and clearly back to subwayis where I was sitting. There was one employee walking around the lobby the whole time who kept taking her phone out tophotograph the line, while another was hiding behind the pillar on the street side of the building smoking who also kept takingphotographs of the line. After A few moments the car that was originally behind me emerges, from the drive through. When I gotto the speaker box at 11:03 pm for the second time yet again they could not find the order, and asked me to leave the line againthis time I refused to leave the line after over an hour and a half because it was absurd, when I got to the window the rudeemployee then stated she found the order, now looking completely incompetent she goes over to the frozen drink machine pours thefrozen drinks sits it on the counter while it is 94 deg outside and waits for the food which takes an additional 5 min.meanwhile the employee was still walking around the lobby taking pictures. When I was finally given my half melted frozendrinks, and food I checked that I had all items, prior to driving away, I noticed the same employee still standing where she wassmoking, over a 40 minutes later. When I got home The food was cold and had a boat load of sour cream on it when we said nosour cream. Absolutely absurd. Just your average taco bell. Not spectacular service but not terrible either just meh. If that makes sense. Some visits are good... others below my personal opinion of excellent customer service. Read more
