Came thru the drive thru tonight, had Bobby take my order.. He was polite, thorough and patient.. I was waiting in a reserve... spot, he delivered some food to another car but after he walked over to my car to let me know it was going to only be another 3min for the fries. . It was cold out yet he made the effort to inform me. VERY nice young man, he is excellent at customservice and I appreciated his effort ! I also saw him sweeping, mopping the lobby in between his other duties.. GREAT WORKER !Good job Bobby ! Read more

I had a car full of ppl trying to order and the cashier was pushing us to quickly get them the order .Dont get me wrong we knew... what we wanted they just kept saying is that it after every order. So I asked him can u plz let me just finish the order withoutasking that over and over. We could only see 3 items on the screen when he said is that right so we told him we cant see it all.Then we pulled up checked the receipt saw we were missing the plain cheese burger. So I pd for that. Then we noticed on thereceipt they charged us for 3 double quarter pounder's and they had to get a manager I guess to refund us one and the managerblamed us for not reading a screen that did not display it. We told him it didn?t show the whole order and again he said nexttime read it. My God. Never in my life have I ran into that kind of attitude. Blaming a customer for a cashier mistake . And forwhat.. a simple I?m sorry about that let me fix that for u would have sufficed.we didn?t even ask for a manager. Just a refundon 1 burger that was not ordered. Edit: My sister recently went thru 2 weeks ago and stopped here and said the management wasreally rude to her when they messed up her order and she came back to simply have them fix it.. My sister and I will neverreturn. U need management that takes responsibility. When ppl are nice to u and u treat them rude.. you lose customers. Read more

I went in there and I was going to use my online coupon from my app. And for some reason the manager said that that wasn't... valid. It was a deal where you buy any breakfast sandwich for a dollar and I only had $1 to my name at the time. So rather thanturn me away because that's what most places would do seems how I walked there from downtown the manager who was a beautifulHispanic lady was very helpful because she let me buy that breakfast sandwich for $1. He picked up on I was down on my luck andonly had a buck and it was very touching to have the manager then ask me if I would like to have some coffee. That simple act ofkindness was several weeks ago but it has made a lasting experience in my heart. And to be honest I was really sick that day andhad left the hospital on foot and what a blessing it was to have that manager in the morning and a wonderful staff who were busycleaning windows and making sure the dining room was very clean. When I went to use the restroom it was immaculate. In fact nowthat I think about it I don't think there is ever been a time that I've went to that McDonald's and had a bad experience. I justwant to say thank you to McDonald's for having a manager at the helm that store and having that manager go above and beyond to acomplete stranger who was down on their luck. Read more

Management needs to work on scheduling.. stood for 10 minutes to place an order and another 10 to get my order . Come to find... out there?s only like 3 employees working closing shift during the busiest hours .on a side note they were very friendly but Ifelt bad for them which is the reason why I?m leaving this review because I could tell they under a lot of stress. It was alsovery hot inside the building seems like the ac could be out. Hopefully corporate can see this so they can take some action andfix this issue since it seems management doesn?t seem to care . Read more

Got a hot coffee and used the restroom. There were other customers trying to use the menu board. I waited behind them for a few... minutes. Eventually I just walked up to the register and asked if I could have a coffee, yup $1, and before I could turn around,it was ready. Nice. Read more

Coffee was excellent. Chicken sandwich was dry and terrible, but ate it because I was driving again when I discovered how dry it... was and was starving. The indoor garbage receptacle was so full that you literally couldn't stuff another piece of trash in,stuff was falling out. Restroom was clean and acceptable. Read more

Dude it's your typical McDonald's but! Every single French fry I got was no where near golden brown. All where soggy and not... satisfying at all. Over all wouldn't recommend. Now I will say I very rarely eat fast food and more so McDonald's. Ugh. I dolove french fries though. Just garbage! Read more
