The food is good no complaints there but they've gotten my order wrong a few times, nothing they haven't corrected immediately... but still 4 or 5 times incorrect can be a bit of a turn off to dining there. Read more
Stopped in only because I couldn't find parking anywhere close to food except here. I was very disappointed to see that there... was not anything grilled on the menu. KFC needs to adapt to changing times and offer up healthier items. The food was greasy andbland. Read more
Yes went too KFC in the dalles and ordered my food through drive through and paid for my meal then they have me Waite out front... and they would bring it too me.i waited over a half hour and no food then I went in and waited another ten minutes no helptheir.then I drove back through drive through and let them no I didn't get my meal and got half my order and had too Waiteanother ten too fifteen minutes for the rest of my order. Finally got my food and drove home too see my Mac and cheese bowl wasless than normal and didn't have napkins or butter or honey or a spoon for my meal.unhappy with Them all because my order waslate and less food. If i could give less than 1 star i would. I ordered large drinks and got small. Couldnt get a side of mayonnaise even after... suggesting putting it in a small container. Bad staff HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Overall a bad experience Read more
I thought I already did this. Went in for a to go. It was an experience, the person waiting on patrons spoke Spanish, he was... courteous and respectful. It was extremely busy, a Saturday afternoon, families filled the dining area. I was there to get anorder 3 piece for someone in our apt complex in Washougal, I and my lady friend were, touring. Also, we like The Dalles area historic site. Alot to do. But this KFC is special, we love driving up here have our chicken and then go explore. Ginny Read more
Beware--There is no pride in their product. Was given 2 orders of fries and the box was only 3/4 full of the dredges of broken... pieces left in the fry bin. Actually heard her scrapping the metal. I will be holding them more accountable next time. Wasrunning late and checked the product after we had left. So disappointed. Read more
Very clean..One employee had a foul mouth yelling at other employees she dropped the F bomb several times was not impressed by... that. Food was great. Read more
