Good food, good customer service, the storefront has been cleaned up I'm adding new photos so you can see that they also have... locked the ladder to the roof which is good it was unlocked in the past the store is also Under New Management so it should begetting better and better I'm sure that's the plan I spoke to the manager and she assures me it's going to be good they're goingto open up the lobby soon! Definitely stay clear of this restaurant the employees are extremely dirty looking I watched the cook take the trash out he's... spitting everywhere on the ground and yes I will describe him he is about 6 ft tall and about 300 lb and extremely disgustingperson making food. Pretty sad sourdough Jack?definitely not worth the ten dollars for the meal. Attaching a picture of what it should like versus... what it actually did. Meat was dry and over cooked resembling what you might find during a school lunch. Read more
I decided to get a Bacon burger to go and had never tried Jack in the Box before. I was at the front of the line immediately... after walking in, as it wasn't very busy. My burger and fries were ready in about 5 minutes and I was out the door. I ate themeal on my drive back to HR. I liked the burger just fine, but I especially liked the nice and chewy buns. I was passing through The Dalles and we decided to stop here for some lunch. As we get back on the freeway my daughter bites... into her burger and notices an odd taste. She looks down and see mold on her bread! My burger also had mold. We did return thefood and received a full refund. The staff was very nice and apologetic but the assistant manger did mention that sometimes whenthey get bread deliveries, they notice mold on some of the bread. This place is a joke. Lobby is closed but the families of the employees are always hanging out inside the lobby. Went through... the drive up and the women was extremely rude!! When I told her that I didn't like her attitude and pulled away her 3 machocousins came out the door and threatened to throw rocks at my car. This place needs to be closed! Read more
