My parents bought food for me and the rest of my family, they put my fries in my mom's food and her fries In mine, we didn't... mind that though. Me and my sister ordered 2 vanilla milkshakes, and we didn't receive it. Food wasn't fully cooked, and tooklong to receive the food. Last time I dined in it was a 2 hour wait for our food, and it wasn't a lot of people. Then when wegot our food, pancakes werent fully cooked, burgers weren't fully made. There wasn't to much staff but I didn't think it wouldbe a 2 hour wait. Read more
Had breakfast with a friend. Had the tried and true scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, bacon and hashbrowns. My friend... didn't want her pancakes, so it was a bonus day for me! I also had a mango smoothie. Everything was great. Even went homewith some food, so had a second meal out of it... mmm good. Read more
I'm solely going off my recent lunch The waitress was very rude. At first I wasn't going to tip her but then I thought ya know I... will I gave this woman a 9$ tip off of a 30$ meal mainly because it was all the cash I had on me after gettin our meal and Iknow waitresses prefer cash tips . When we first arrived we were greeted and seated immediately, the waitress took our drink order brought it quickly. 15 min later... she came back for our order. She talked terrible about the cook. She complained how long it takes him to cook and his cookingabilities. My nephew ordered an appetizer which came 20 min after ordering..... 22 min later our 3 steak dinners came out. Nowat first glance it all looked great.... 2 were ordered as medium well, and 1 well done... we got 1 medium raw... 1 medium welland 1 well done.... now with all this everything tasted amazing except that medium raw steak.... when it was brought to thewaitresses attention she used vulgar language or as she called it "trucker" mouth to talk about the cook yet again... she gotthe manager and she was absolutely the best and most polite and promoed us the one meal that had the half raw steak, and this iswhy they got 3 stars ???? Way understaffed for 8pm on a Saturday night. Staff seemed overwhelmed and a tad forgetful but polite. My one coffee refill took... like 30 minutes. Food was alright, par with any other Denny's. Restaurant seemed clean and bathroom was passable. They do offera program where you can buy meal vouchers for those in need and I highly commend them for that. Read more
Everything was pretty good except for my poor dear mother in law had terrible coffee due to about a tablespoon worth of grounded... beans were in her coffee cup and her nacho had LOTS of OIL while my father in and nephew had same kind of nachos and neither ofthem had that much of oil on their plate. When my mother showed the waiter then manager, it took them a while to come to her andoffer to replace the food but we were already ready to leave. They still charged her for her meal when we felt they should havenot make her pay for that coffee and meal. Read more
Very poor experience. Will be emailing corporate. Waiting over an hour for our meal, regardless of how busy it was, just is not... acceptable. Especially when guests who arrived after us ordered, got their food, and were paying at the counter before our foodeven was ready. We were a table of 3 people who ordered basic things like pancakes and eggs. What finally caused us to leave iswhat we saw in perfect view of the kitchen from our booth: our waitress cupping her hands over mouth and nose, then scratchingher lip, and without washing her hands, we watched her grab a plate from the food window and use those same bare hands to scrapeeggs and bacon onto another plate and immediately return the plate to the window. Speaking as someone who hasnt been in a Dennys in a while this one is in need of a surprise inspection....broken locks on the... bathroom sunken booth seating and just an all around cold musty feel gave our Thanksgiving visit a anxious get our food and getout feel. The barage of waitresses more interested in taking our order than picking up a towel and cleaning something definitelygave the impression that when the place is empty theres probably a lot of leaning and less cleaning. It wasn't that it was badit just wasn't that good and my dad's meal consisted of what he said tasted like French toast scrambled eggs for his omelettelike a sweet taste that shouldn't be in an omelette he was extremely displeased with that the atrocious prices they think theirstuff is worth is comical $3 for a 16 oz soda that didn't even get refilled is just outrageous. My meal was less than especiallyfor the prices. Do you want to jack up your prices and prove the quality of your food Denny's has never been high quality butit's never been this high in price. They kept elaborating that they were using a holiday menu which was limited and that wasdiscouraging because it should have been a full menu option as empty as it was in there. Overall it's not a place I'll go backto until they either clean up their act or drop the prices. We were felt to be rushed out the door especially when in a halfhour's time of being there three different waitresses came up to take our order like they didn't have their own section that waskind of confusing. We did like our first an initial waitress she wasn't as pushy and she was more than happy to accommodate butthe other two just seemed like they didn't want to clean so they were floating around trying to take people's order makingthemselves look busy.
