I was at taco bell with my daughter and her friend about 40 minutes before they had an orchestra concert. We got two orders and... they got theirs pretty quickly but when it came to mine, they were taking 30 min and whenever we asked, the cashier wascompletely unhelpful and refused to listen when we asked again. The kids ended up missing their concert and we realized he gaveour order to someone else. He didn't care to address the issue and our concerns about time. Read more
Horrible experience here. Like always having to go back often for missing items like just know. Always getting rushed when... taking order I do not recommend only go here if your dying of hunger you guys should go to this Taco Bell 5005 Main St, TheColony, TX 75056 that one has better quality. And better service and more nice people and rarely missing items. Read more
As a vegetarian, it?s risky as hell ordering at this location. On more than one occasion, I?ve gotten to my destination only to... realize they gave me a beef taco instead of my beans-and-potato concoction (don?t come for me). I order through the app toprevent this very issue and yet it?s still really common. I love the kids who work there as I?ve taught more than a few?. ButI?d recommend you check your order before peeling out. Also? there?s a new sign at the entrance that says to pick up your apporder in the store and not in the drive-through- but the app still allows you to select drive-through for pick up. They?ve notsaid anything to me when I do it (and I don?t plan to stop because sometimes you?re just not dressed to walk inside abrightly-lit building?) but beware that could be next. Read more
Only come to this place if you are not hungry ????. Terrible service, very slow and you don't get what you expect, i ordered... burritos and i got a big tortilla with barley any beans in It, wow this burrito had enough beans, rice and cheese for 1 bite,not a whole burrito. Use your money on another location and skip this one and you will thank me later. Read more
This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The manager and the employees are all super cordial and very friendly. The manager... (can't remember his name) is always super helpful and friendly when I come in. Him and another employee make every trip hereawesome. Thanks guys! Read more
Slow, the staff is horrible and food is cold and they don?t give you napkins and lie to your face that they got no sauce... packets. Bunch of old lazy folks run this place. If you have a lot of time to waste you can go here. They don?t even turn onthere lights when I asked them they have refused to and the waiters are rude as heck. Read more
I do deliveries so I've been picking up many orders from here. It is one of the slowest and most unprofessional restaurants I... came across. Especially in the evening and night time. The guy there is tripping. ???? They forget the drinks, and I prettysure they are messing up the orders too. DO NOT order from here after 6pm. Thank me later. ???? This Taco Bell is disgusting and so is the staff, I ordered a Mexican pizza and this is what it looked like!! What I?m the world... is this?. I took it back and the manager just gave me my money back? didn?t apologize didn?t say can we remake it nothing! Theyare not professional they are not courteous they are not empathetic nothing the worst experience!
