As busy as this Subway gets as it?s in the Nebraska Furniture Mart the staff are still very nice and quick. Management is where... it shines though. The manager Rachel, makes her way around the tables making sure guests are okay and everything is clean anddrinks are filled. Makes lunch that much better after spending too much in NFM. first time coming into this subway, and the manager Rachel greeted me with such a bright smile an provided a really good... experience for being my first time to your store she was beyond helpful super patient with me since i'm very indecisive, shesuggested menu items i wouldn't have even tried. She provided a really good customer service experience and she was veryattentive to other guest as well, the food was delicious and the store was super clean. Nebraska was having an event in the parking lot for family Friday. We watched the Minions. The kiddos started getting hungry and... they only had popcorn and juice. We went inside nebraska furniture and we found a subway inside. It was past closing time andthe staff was cleaning up. The manager was so sweet and allowed us to get some chips and drinks. Very kind gesture. Willdefinitely be recommending this subway to friends and family. Read more
The Manager Rachel provided some of the best customer service I?ve ever experienced at a Subway or fast food restaurant, ever.... The store was clean and tidy, everyone was smiling and friendly, they gave excellent menu recommendations - even during the verybusy lunch hour. While I was eating my meal she walked around the dining area to greet other guests and stopped by our table andasked how the food was and offered to fill up my drink. Very pleasant environment & great experience - especially after astressful experience shopping and making a large purchase at NFM. It was great to be put at ease and have a nice friendlyexchange. Not the best subway but it was clean. Apparently unless you order a sandwich that has vegetables you don't get vegetables in it.... My sandwich was toasted and when it came out they automatically wrapped it. When I asked about the adding vegetables I wastold it didn't come with vegetables. Not a great experience at this subway.
