Awesome casual neighborhood bar. We went here on a whim. Our first impressions after walking in the door was that it smelled... clean (not smoky) and there were a lot of games. There werent many people because we went during the afternoon, but it lookedlike a DJ was setting up. The bartenders/servers are really nice. I've missed this kind of neighborhood bar. Around here, mostof the places are pretentious "craft" cocktails that are $12 a pop. At Rix, they'll make any drink the way YOU want it, thedrinks will be done well, and at a waaaay cheaper price than other bars in the West Plano/Legacy area. We also got an appetizer(the chili tater tots). It was pretty standard bar food, but it was hot, fresh, crispy, and only $5, so we loved it. Read more
Customer service is personable. The regulars made us feel welcome. It's a great soft tip dart bar!
My fish was good and the mashed potatoes.. the burger had so much potential.. just needed to be cooked. =/
This was an unexpected surprise. After two years of living in The Colony my husband and I decided to finally stop in. It was a... very friendly vibe and the food was so good! Had a great time at this place! The staff went out of the way to make our group feel right at home. The regulars were... accommodating as well even when we had to take over the place. Highly recommend as just a cool place to chill, play games, andwatch events on TV. Hope to visit again soon! Read more
Rixs let us have my Birthday Party there and we had a blast. Pizza was great the best pizza in town and the service was awesome.
