A little disappointed that I couldn't use my dickey's gift card at this location. Also, I wasn't able to receive loyalty points... on my purchase. The pulled pork sandwich and okra were made fresh. It was a good stop for dinner. Read more
This spot was at a gas station that had a Dickey's in it. Perfect if you're driving through that town and need to stop in for... gas, fuel up and then get lunch. Food and service was decent there. Read more
Food is decent considering it's a gas station location, but customer service is terrible. I went to this location while visiting... family in town and ordered dinner to go. Things seemed a little odd with the credit card transaction, but I let it go at thetime. My mistake. Found out later that I was charged for an extra order. I have two transactions on my debit card. Repeatedcalls to the phone number posted here and on the Dickey's web site for this location result in a busy signal. Unable to getanybody to ever answer the phone. Tried to resolve through Dickey's customer service, but the store/manager has beennon-responsive to them as well. Resorting to contacting my bank to dispute the transaction. This will be my last visit to thisDickey's location. Buyer beware. Read more
The drive through is around the back and easy to overlook. The team member who took and fulfilled the order at the large drive... through window was very nice and helpful. We had a two plate meal with chicken and sliced brisket that was good and felt like agood value. It comes with two sides, but a baked potato counted as two sides. It was packed well and came with plasticsilverware. The drive through had a sign that said they do not accept digital coupons. Read more
Great for a quick stop for BBQ. Can get decent BBQ for almost the same price as McDonald's meals. Drive thru machine does not... work but the staff will see you at the next window. Fast. Good but not great. Definitely a fast food feel but still hits thespot. Read more
This location would not honor their coupons. The employee told me my coupon wasn't valid because there was no expiration...its... clearly printed as I pointed this out to the employee...he then said well, its only valid at the location printed on thecoupon...I told him kindly that its not location specific but that it must be used for dine in orders. He countered with wellwe're not going to take it.. you will have to go somewhere else. Bummed me out but Ill just take my business elsewhere. Read more
