My wife and I stopped there to grab some lunch this past Wednesday. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to be served... while employees walked past us. It did appear they were having issues with their register as one was on the phone and playingwith it, but not one of them acknowledged our presence or bothered to say anything. They could have, at least, let us know therewas an issue and they'd be with us, shortly. We would've waited. After being ignored we finally left and went to a nearbyChinese restaurant, instead. Don't think we'll try this place again, at least not until their staff get some remedial trainingon customer service. Read more
2nd time bringing our dog there for a full groom. They did a Wonderful job!! Great cut both times!!
The location was more crowded than I would have liked for it to be but I don't know what I was expecting for a Saturday... afternoon. I was able to find a table with sufficient social distancing. There was not a wait in line. My guests and I were ableto get our salads, pizzas, and drinks fairly quickly. The food was good. The honey barbecue wings I ordered were tasty and thecustomer service was good. No sooner than we set down our dirty dishes, someone came to remove them from the table. The dessertswere good too. Best Cicis ever. In fact best service and staff from any restaurant I?ve ever had! Every single worker was so kind and so... attentive. Since it was super late my husband and I were the only customers and it was actually super romantic because we got toenjoy each other?s company with just us both. Nice place for family (especially with kids) and friends. Due to covid, customer has to ask staff for salad and pizza. No one is... allowed to pick up food, plates, cups, etc. They have closed off every other table to keep social distancing in place. Restroomsare clean. Wearing a mask is not enforced as well. Nice for lunch and eating solo. Has small game room for kids and adults toenjoy arcade gaming. Enjoy! Read more
Cicis pizza is still one of the best buffet's to eat at and more affordable. The price of everything is going up but Cici's... still offers a great price with a big variety of pizza. I love it and the kids loved it. Read more
