You don?t want to miss out on this place! Great smell as you walk in the place, great service once you are inside, great... pretzels ???? once you get a chance to try them. Gary was so helpful! We ended up with a Dutch almond with caramel drizzle andvanilla icing and a jalapeño cheddar. We were also given a sample of the strawberry lemonade. Which caused us to buy two ofthose as well. I?ve occasionally had soft pretzels for decades and they were OK - never my top choice. And, then I had Ben?s pretzels... yesterday. They were far and away the best ones I?ve had, my wife agreed, and we will go back. The soft pretzel with pepperoniand cheese was soft, piping hot, and delicious. The Dutch almond pretzel bites were also excellent. The servers were veryfriendly, attentive and professional. I can highly recommend this place. It changed my view of soft pretzels. Read more

Stopped in after getting a hair cut, and it hit the spot. Met the owner, who was super friendly and helpful. Went over their... options, and also made sure I got the best deal through a combo rather than a la carte like I was doing. Unlike othe places,you get a GOOD helping of cheese in the cheese cup. Hands down the best pretzels I?ve ever had in my life!!!! Ben?s pretzels is an absolute must to visit. First off, the manager... Shon is amazing?he is so nice, personable, and great. The pretzels were so HUGE, soft, warm, and delicious. I had the originaljumbo salt pretzel which was simply perfect, especially dipped in cheese, a jalapeño and cheese pretzel which was my favorite,the Dutch almond crunch with caramel drizzle which was the perfect dessert pretzel, cinnamon sugar pretzel sticks, and theirfresh lemonade. This place was good. We enjoyed the pretzels and the ham an cheese kalache too, although we had to wait like 15 to 20 minutes... for the pretzels and we were the only ones there. The good thing is that it was freshly baked so it was so good. Don't know ifthe wait time is always like that though. The guy preparing the pretzels was very nice and engaged in conversation. I went in just to smell the pretzels, but came out with the softest pretzel I have had in a long time. Better than any theme... park or sports arena pretzel. The staff was SUPER nice and it?s so nice to be greeted when you walk in (Caitlin, was superpersonable and provided a great experience - sorry if I?m spelling your name wrong!)
