I found this gem on one of my adventures. It is a cozy cafe but gives a millennial or Gen z vibe. They serve pastries, tea and... coffee. However, I really stopped in for a milkshake. I love a banana milkshake ( which might be obvious by nowlol) Unfortunately this was more of a smoothie which may be ok for someone who wanted a smoothie but I wanted a milkshake. Itwas a banana smoothie with whip cream.. I was midkey devastated. As a foodie you can taste things long after you?ve had them andthis was a taste that lingered. Not a bad taste but definitely not one I wanted in my mouth. I should have purchased a water aswell. I will give them 3 stars because it?s a nice cafe. The staff was nice as well. They definitely have good pastries thatare clearly fresh. I ordered a strawberry cheesecake muffin which was amazing. I wish I had 2. I also liked the conversationstarter cards that were available on the tables. It was a nice touch. Overall I say stop in and try a pastry or 2. Read more

I had the best experience here. The staff are kind, the food tastes homemade. My omelette was perfectly cooked and they have the... best cold brew in the area. The atmosphere is quiet, almost zen-like. You don't even feel like you are on a super busy mainstreet in the bronx. 10 out of 10 recommend. Read more

I love The Way Cafe. They care about where they get their ingredients from and you can tell when you eat their food. My go-to is... the bacon pesto breakfast sandwich (the pesto is home made and delicious). Their bacon cheddar scones are also delicious, especially when they warm them up for you. I also love it here because they are very helpful and accommodating - I always comein with special requests and they always go above and beyond my expectations. I'm always sad on Sundays when this cafe isclosed, because I love to go there for great coffee, food, and positive energy. Read more

I ordered the basic avocado toast which was very filling but needed a little more taste. I also ordered the iced latte with... hazelnut which was pretty good. Overall, the food is good, but what I like most is the space. Very peaceful and calm atmosphere.I would definitely go there again for breakfast, or lunch. Next time I will try another meal! A very nice and inviting cafe. The inside is clean spacious. We had a quick lunch there. There is no table service. I had their... lavander latte with oat milk and it was very good. They also have a good selection of breakfast and lunch. They serve theirbreakfast all day. We opted for paninis on sourdough bread. Very good. Read more

This place is a hidden gem, especially in this area! Amazing atmosphere is very pleasant and calming; the workers are just so... welcoming. The coffee is great, and they will gladly talk to you about it. The pastries are delectable, and the energy balls area must get. This place is definitely a Superstar in The Bronx. Read more

This cafe is a wonderful hideaway in the Castle Hill neighbourhood of the Bronx and I was delightfully surprised to happen upon... it. The ambience is very elegant and minimalist - you get ?Manhattan-esque ? vibes even away from actual Manhattan. Food is justpure excellence and the owners were thoroughly wholesome and thoughtful with greetings and taking your order. Price points aremoderate and very feasible for the area it?s located in. Overall, I had a lovely breakfast there and would 200% visit again! Read more

5 1/2 Stars for The Way Cafe. My wife and I finally stopped by for Lunch. We heard about this Cafe either on the local news or... vis social media, and have been wanting to try them out. We'll ... today we did, and we were not disappointed. The place isspacious and clean. The Owner and staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous. The ambiance is really nice/comforting. Thefood was slightly pricier than we expected, but the freshness and the great taste absolutely made it worth it. In fact, afterwe ate, we ordered the same food to go. The Way Cafe is a must to try if you're in the area, or, if you don't mind traveling. We highly recommend it. And OH ... maybe you'll see us there, because we're definitely going back. (I hope the Pics help; butgo in and take your Own as you experience their menu choices.) Read more
