This pizza hut is terrible. I ordered my food to be delivered. I received it and half of it was burnt. The first time I... called, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes and then disconnected. 2nd & 3rd time I called, they picked up the phone &hung up. There was no greeting of any kind. 4th time, I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes after explaining the issue andthen disconnected. My next 2 calls went to the call center and they were not helpful because they are connecting you to thesame number you are calling. It becomes a repetitive cycle. 7th, 8th & 9th calls were picked up and then hung up with nogreeting. This last call, I waited over 10 minutes with no conversation. My issue was never resolved. If i could give negativestars, i would. They are awful. We need another choice in this area of a pizza hut that will prepare food properly and treatcustomers better. This is literally the worst pizza hut in New York State. The workers are rude. They had the nerve to send 2 burnt pizzas. When I... called to complain I was visibly upset but not once did I call the rep out of her name or use profanity. The worker that I spoketo was disgustingly rude. Rafael took care of me as I placed an online order for pick up but then last minute wanted to add something. I was pleasantly... surprised by the amazing customer service he offered and although there were back to back walk in customers he stillaccommodated me and got my order ready in less than 10 mins. I will definitely be back again and had to ask him his name sincehe truly went above & beyond. Only issue is that it's too far. I can only get it on my way home from work. Other than that, my pizza is always fresh and hot.... I order online so I don't have to wait long. The people there are cool regardless. I wish there were ok ne near me. Read more
Pizza is burnt half the time. Order isn?t ready even though i get alerts that it is. Always understaffed. Needs new management
