On more than one occasion, my order was wrong. Today, not only was the order wrong but my quarter pounder was half cooked.
My kids love this place....but they NEVER NEVER have hot chocolate...it's being like 5 months now....what's going on.????!!!

I have just encountered two staffs at this place 30mins ago and they are very rude to customer . Management should quickly call... them from the front desk since these staff are the front liner of this place and their approaches to customers are so bad. I amjust one person who has decided not to go there again and believe there are more people who got that poor service. . Read more
