This McDonald?s created a new drive thru system, where they take your order through the drive thru and then have you park in one... of the reserved spaces. This system is horrible. They didn?t give us about 4 items from our order and we had to wait even moretime to get our food. Please go back to how it was before. Smh. Read more

Rep gets confused when you add or take out items from burger. I requested a double quarter pounder deluxe with lett ketchup and... mayo for my daughter because she is allergic to the pickels, tomatoes and onions and all I got was the burger with cheese. WhenI made the claim to the ladies that brought me the sandwich, she wasvery rude and got upset and sent another girl with the doblequarter pounder deluxe but this time it had everything my daughter was allergic to. I ended up throwing the burger away I didn'thave the time to go back and forth with that old lady and rudeness. I went and spent my money somewhere else where I felt I hadthe right customer service. I spend $50 buck order and didn't even get what i ordered ...missing 2 big macs 1 double cheese and one 4 peace chicken nugget... ....what should i do i paid and didnt get my food they didnt put in the bag but charge me ....i called 5 times and they pick upand dont answer then hang up ...not happy at all Read more
Great Customer Service. I dont know who the manager is here but from thr cashier to the person cleaning tables the staff here... arecsuper polite. My order was taken and my cashier was patient with my 2 sons as they placed their orders. She smiled andrepeated the orders. The food handlers werenfast and worked great together. Giving customers orders theybgreet and say thankyou. I felt.like I was in the middle.of a commercial. Very good atmosphere. Read more
