I am highly disappointed in the way they handled my situation. After waiting some time for my order that I placed through Uber... eats, I was given the wrong order from the store. The store gave my Uber driver the wrong order, it wasn?t anything I ordered. Iexpressed that to the Uber driver, he didn?t care. I called little caesars to address it to them because it was their fault andyet I was told to take it up with Uber. Highly unprofessional, and rude management because when I called I spoke to the managerand he didn?t help or make the situation any better. They?ve officially lost me a customer. Read more
SHOUT OUT to the Staff that was Present when I ordered. It was very busy, because after all, Little Caesar's Pizza is the BOMB... ... but ... while there was an Irritable Customer waiting, the Staff did an AWESOME Job taking Orders, making Pizzas, Servingand just being Professional. I was watching TV on Easter Sunday and Monday hey we're playing little Cesar's commercials all afternoon long. I got brainwashed... by the ads and decided to walk to LC's which is 2 blocks from me. Hadn't eaten there in a while so I said, "what the heck!". Bigmistake! The place had 6 customers waiting and the spot seemed to only have 2 associates and the mgr working. Turns out everyonethere was waiting for over 25 mins for there pizza, 1 lady for 45 mins! The few that were getting there food found out thereorders were messed up! What a mess. I had ordered a plain cheese pizza and walked out after 20 mins waiting. Mind you this is atake out only spot. Never again. Read more
I had the best experience, my food was ready in 5 mins and the cashier was very nice and helpful with some information I... required and finding out they now deliver through UberEATS made me more happy because sometimes I just don?t wanna get out ofbed. Their pizzas are so good and so damn cheap, I will definitely be eating here more. Read more
The pizza didn?t have a taste in it . I don?t know if it?s ok to have minors as employees, working by themselves too.
