The food is ok but customer service is horrible the lady with the bob cut that takes the orders is very rude ,obnoxious loud and... nasty!???? They have new owners for a few months now FOOD SUFFERED really bad ???? !! ???? The lady who takes the orders DONT PUT DUCK... SAUCE or Soy Sauce in the bag .So if you need it ask her for it & wat h or you don't get any SHES CHEAP !! Other peoplecomplained about that also !! I heard them complain & she did it to me ALSO !! The ppl working there are always nice and the food is always well made and their establishment is always kept clean love them
New lady taking orders is always rushing adding condiments I didn?t ask for and adding additional 0.50-$1.00 to orders twice... now. I literally had to point out the price on the menu. She has horrible customer service skills and wasn?t even wearing amask. Covid is still present and they need to take necessary precautions. I seen another staff coughing without a mask. Chickenwings are tiny and has hair on it. I miss the other lady that worked there for years. I?ll never order again. I?d give no starsif it was an option. The worse Chinese spot I ever ordered from. One of those Chinese take outs that you can trust for a clean and well lit environment. The place has a few tables and chairs if... you decide to stay and enjoy your food. The portions are generous and prices are reasonable. Friendly and courteous service.Their menu includes specialties such as Spare Rib Tips, which are delicious, Fried Shrimp and Teriyaki Chicken. You can ordersoups, appetizers, seafood selections, a variety of Chow Mein, Chop Suey and Lo Mein dishes. Terrific combination dinnerplatters, lunch and healthy food specials.
