Very rude the one who attends, it seems to me that she is the owner or the manager because she was intrusive to the other girl... but it was very rude when she treated me, the empanadas were not what I expected, I did not like the taste, this place is onlyfamous because the celebrities have advertised it, but in the end it is not what one I?m not going back to this place. Horrible time management & food quality. I ordered a sweet plantain with ground beef yaroa & a don ramon burger on the phone for... pick up, I sent my little sister to get it. They literally had her waiting there for an hour & 20 minutes. When she finally gothome with the food the yaroa had no ketchup & mayo, & the sweet plantain wasn?t even sweet. The bun on the don ramon burger wasburnt like they left it to toast for way too long & the egg was over cooked. I?m not sure if they had somebody new cooking,usually the food is decent so I?ll give it 3 stars. The time management is always horrible though. Read more

I ordered twice, both times was on Uber eats. The first order was the fried pork chunks w|fried green plantains, that was pretty... good. Second time was the shredded chicken Patacon power that was terrible. The sandwich didn?t come with nothing it advertise,no beacon onion?.just lettuce, tomato?s Half fried Spanish cheese ( it suppose to come with American cheese ). Came here for the first time recently and we are very impressed. Kinda mad I haven?t stopped by sooner. We ordered a Philly... cheese steak combo and hands down I don?t want a Philly cheese steak from nowhere else. It was so good!!
