Some of the workers there are lowkey rude I have had 2 bad experiences with them, but other than that the experience is ok

The employee was on a video call WHILE TAKING MY ORDER. The person on the line was talking and she was holding the phone near... her ear while I was giving my order. Unsurprisingly, she didn't hear my order correctly and messed it up. When I asked her tomake my almost white coffee darker, she intentionally made a mess on the cup. Unprofessional. Read more

Lady at the register with great customer service she helped me a lot with the other lady too, asked for alil help from the man... on the floor while he is on the phone in the back room cursing at her to leave him alone .
