My Coffee is always on point. I give only 3 stars because the option to order from the app is disabled early in the a.m. I would... like to be able to go in & pickup so I dont miss my connecting bus. This place is good and the workers are for the most part good. However, there has been a few times that i have ordered ahead on... the mobile app and when i arrive someone has already taken my drink. Just yesterday i pointed out to an employee that the mansitting down took my drink and her response was a casual " i know". How about you guys make a better mobile pickup so peopledont steal other people's drinks and those who actually paid for their stuff dont have to wait an additional 10 mins forsomething they ordered 5 minutes ahead for? This is a constant issue and there seems to be no willingness to solve it. Keep themobile drinks behind the counter and let people tell you their name or order number. There problem solved.
