Abe Syed needs to be fired He is trying to scam money from T mobile customers saying we need multiple phones first most... people don't carry 2 or even 3 phones around second I was able to use multiple QR codes from 1 Phone in this store and otherDunkin Donuts (including another Dunkin' Donuts on Pelham Parkway which is only a couple hundred feet from this location) in thepast.Finally I went outside to to make a quick phone call and another customer came and Abe Syed did the same thing toanother customer as that customer was given a second QR code and he even stated he was able to do this in the past.I asked foranother employee to do my order since he was clearly not fit to take my order and he refused rudely not to mention he tried tosell me a ice cream cone for $15 in June.He also says ice cream cones can't have 3 scoops, then why does it say so on the menu(That is false advertising) .He is very rude and incompetent. It's a real shame, this is a good Dunkin Donuts and thisindividual can't handle a job and is hurting the reputation of this store and is just gonna drive people to go to otherlocations because of this incompetent individual. I am writing this email because I gave a QR code to my friend to help him save money due to inflation and wasn?t able to use... mine and he told me he couldn?t cause the employee named Abe Syed states ?1 phone per QR code? Always will like Dunkin for its ice coffee, hot coffee and other goodies.

The only reason I go to this Dunkin is that it's near the supermarket. They are my least favorite location. Incorrect items,... items omitted, slow service and dirty floors and countertops. Read more
Horrible service. I went in this afternoon, one gentleman was mopping the floor while people are coming in and out of... restaurant. Mop was completely soaked anyone could have slipped. I proceeded to give my order to another gentleman like 5 timesand he still got my order wrong twice. Asked for my money back and left. Read more
Overall, even on an empty store, there is a lot of disorganization. Takes about three people to take one persons order. ... Cleaning out the ice cream fridge in the middle of an order. I don't know what happened ever time I go the service or let say I have no issue with my meal.but today my two sandwiches where... in a bag with stick ketchup packages all over it was so gross.and she did not have lot's of order's at all.see when we staywatching them do our order's some get mad but am sorry we are paying we should get good clean service.
