Employees are super slow, lazy, incompetent and disrespectful. I ordered a bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a medium iced... caramel latte on my way to work 2 days ago. I waited patiently around 15-20 mins for my order. Instead they gave me a dry bagelwith 2 pathetic pieces of bacon. I tried calling but no one answered. Went back this morning to have the situation rectified..the employees are standing there looking stupid and being rude with no solutions. I asked for a replacement and they gave me abagel with a hair in it. Just went to the store again to request a refund and the employees told me I need a receipt. I havewasted my time going there 3 times now and not once did I receive an apology or anything, just stink attitudes. I have beennothing but respectful this entire time. Yet to receive a refund or any compensation. I will be turning up on them if they dntrun me my money REAL SOON. Called corporate so let's see what happens. This Dunkin is so disorganized and often slow. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant and when I got my order there were two... croissant with no bacon egg and cheese. I see the receipt said one which I hadn?t notice until after I left the restaurant butsince the receipt clearly says bacon egg and cheese croissant Idk what happened. Read more
This has to be the worst Dunkin ever I?ve been to, their coffee taste like warm Pi**, pretty much all the employees who works... their are slow and slagging, I work super near to this one and I am everyday customer, they will always take their sweet time toget your order ready and meanwhile they will do their chit chat, because I completely understand their native tang so I get itcompletely what are they talking about. So after getting on spot horrible service I started using the dunkin app and place theorder before I go to the store, so by the time I am in the store my order will be ready, there has been times where I gave them15 minutes after placing an order for a small cappucino and when I went there after 15 minutes my order wasn?t even ready.
