Employees are super slow, lazy, incompetent and disrespectful. I ordered a bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a medium iced... caramel latte on my way to work 2 days ago. I waited patiently around 15-20 mins for my order. Instead they gave me a dry bagelwith 2 pathetic pieces of bacon. I tried calling but no one answered. Went back this morning to have the situation rectified..the employees are standing there looking stupid and being rude with no solutions. I asked for a replacement and they gave me abagel with a hair in it. Just went to the store again to request a refund and the employees told me I need a receipt. I havewasted my time going there 3 times now and not once did I receive an apology or anything, just stink attitudes. I have beennothing but respectful this entire time. Yet to receive a refund or any compensation. I will be turning up on them if they dntrun me my money REAL SOON. Called corporate so let's see what happens.
