Most of the issues here are probably more around the large intake if customers that come here in the AM - with that, there's... always a line, so expect it. The staff have been rotated out from this place for years which is probably an attempt by theowners to hire folks that work quick under the high pressure of those non-caffinated morning NY customers that frequent here. Since I was shopping around Parkchester. I figured I'd go to this Dunkin Donuts and ask the Indian guy who was the manager... yesterday if they throw out the Donuts before closing time. I was willing to give him $6+ so that the Donuts he might havethrow out won't go to waste, that way I can share them with a friend of mine with a friend of mine that lives Donuts. Thatmanager yesterday say, no we don't do that, we recycle the Donuts, we wait on a truck that takes the Donuts to recycle them. Ilooked at him like ????. Come on now who recycles Donuts. Je didn't have to lie. He could have made $6+ from me for Donutsthat he was going to throw out. I asked because I saw a guy at a dunkin donuts that's inside a gas station throw all the DonutsI the bag and into the dumpster outside. I talked to a friend about it and she told.me she knew a guy that owns a chain ofDunkin Fonuts and that I was told a lie that they recycle them. She said, that she won't be eating from this Dunkin Donuts as Itold her which one I was told that lie from. I knew that manager lied so I left to not.make a big deal out of it. Read more
Getting the snackin' bacon from other DD locations usually results in nice crispy strips of bacon but not here. Twice I've... ordered it here and they serve it as a soggy clump of bacon. Why can't they get it right like their Manhattan counterparts? Read more
This place usually handles my orders well. The tall African American man is very good at customer service, but yesterday I got... my wife a coffee (the man above was not present). Halfway through drinking her coffee, my wife discovered a lipstick stain onthe other side of the cup. My wife wasn't wearing any lipstick, balm, or anything. This is gross and scary given COVID. Thereshould be procedural systems embedded into their practices to prevent this from happening. We were obviously served some usedcup or recycled coffee returned by a customer. Do a better job DD. ALWAYS CHECK your Orders ESPECIALLY if it?s pick up THEY WILL LEAVE OUT or MESS UP the most SIMPLE orders it?s Ridiculous..... Very Talkative Among Themselves, Horrible Waiting Time & Disorganized. This location has a friendly and efficient staff. Even if there's a line, I never wait too long. They are super understanding if... you end up not liking your order. I don't get this experience at many of the locations, but good thing this one is closest tohome. Read more
