Their drinks are so nasty. They need to put people in here that knows what they doing. I go to any other dunkin and the lattes... are lattes, come to this dunkin and it's nothing but milk. Asked to get it fixed and all they did was throw cold coffee ontop ofmy whipped cream. So now my latte is nasty and have no whipped cream on it. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because thisis everytime I come to this dunkin and it's annoying. Read more
Edit: 10/30/22 I will no longer be coming here because of the Indian manager at the counter who refused to even let me pay for... a cup of whip cream for my doggo when I usually get it free, not looking for free though. It's a shame because this was my gotoo as you can see below. Weekday crew is amazing... Hands down my favorite Dunkin in NYC especially because I live around thecorner from it! It's a hit or miss with this location. Prior to the pandemic and when Brenda was Manager, I never had a problem. Now? Oh boy. I... order through the app for pickup at this location because it is close to my office. Staff clearly does not read the incomingorders. I literally order the same Coffee every time I place an order (2 or 3 times a week) and 90% of the time, it's wrong. Iam going to fall back and stop ordering at all. Read more
