I just ordered a Medium Iced Matcha Latte w/ Oat Milk from this location just 5 minutes ago (2:40p) and requested 4 sugars... instead of the normal 3 sugars. The drink ended up being too sweet for my taste, so I asked politely if they can remake anotherwith only three sugars while profusely apologizing. The person in register had the nerve to tell me that I had to pay foranother drink because I asked to remake it. That is a very poor customer service experience that left me feeling undervalued. Iwork as a barista in the food industry, I blend and make Açaí Bowls from scratch, sometimes 4 or more at a time, so Iunderstand that some items take a lot of time, and I understand the frustration, but to be honest, a matcha latte is not a harditem to remake. I do remakes all the time. I left in such a hurry and frustrated and didn?t even request a refund. I reallyregret coming here. Read more

This location was my go to I stopped going after there was a roach in my drink. That is just nasty. Smh horrible !

They told me they didnt have Carmel lattes but gave everyone after me that order the same thing one.... UNBELIEVABLE

Typical dunkin but store is a bit small and it gets crowded. Staff is pretty diligent with orders.

Always getting my order wrong , and worker always have an attitude especially when they made the mistake . I bought a wrap they... burned it then said i have to pay if want them to redo it . Horrible service and i love my dunkin coffee but with that serviceima go to Starbucks. Read more

The people at this Dunkin are naive when it comes to their own sales and offers. I usually scan my loyalty barcode on my dunkin... app to take advantage of the lower prices but when I scanned my app today, it didn't go through the first time. Usually, thecashier just tries again but this must've been a bad morning for the cashier today. So I verbally asked if the sale is still on(I was very specific about which sale) and he said no. So I trusted his words since he should obviously know the offers theyhave. After I paid however, my gut told me to check the offer dates on the app. I looked and saw that the offer was still goingon for another 20 days. I was still waiting for my beverage at that point, so I showed the info on the app to the cashier whojust rudely said "it didn't go through". Maybe some professional development training could be useful. Read more

Bad customer service I ordered 2 frozen coffee is too sweet, 2 donuts , 1 bacon cheese rollup, bacon egg & cheese croissant &... snacking bacon . I didn't even get my receipts. I waited too long to make an order Read more
