The service was terrible. When I walked in, there were no customers inside, so I should've taken that as a red flag, considering... the busy area in which it's located and the fact that Dunkin' is never empty in the middle of the day. Things seemed out ofplace/amiss, it was quiet, and there were barely any workers. You'd think they were going out of business from how thingsappeared. The one worker that was at the counter was doing something else. When I tried to order a iced caramel macchiato, shetold me they didn't have any more, so I ordered iced coffee, which was made very poorly. I'll will never set foot in thatDunkin' again. Read more
Service is Fast. That's excellent. But I have been price gouged 20 cents on drinks by a cashier for 5 drinks & the employees... don't seem to fill up the containers despite the price gouge. Read more

This is the worst dunkin donuts, for the last couple days I couldn't get hot breakfast, either because they was closed or there... was only 2 workers in there, one on the register and one making hot and cold drinks. This morning I still couldn't get a hotmeal and there was 3 people working, dam shame, I will take money somewhere else, another thing these workers do not wear netson hair, one worker here is a guy and he has a big nappy afro, they all suppose wear a net especially when you dealing withfood.
