Is this DD legit? When I tried to share my experience on the website, it says the store & survey code on my receipt is not... valid. I resorted to place my experience in this manner. I asked for a particular coffee but was instead serviced with anincorrect order. The server insisted he gave me the correct coffee, but on the contrary, I know the distinctive taste of thecoffee. I have ordered the same type of coffee for years . I felt the gentleman thought I wouldn't notice upon receiving it. Ihad a feeling the male server was trying to deceive me. After I spoke to him about the issue he stated ok ok I will make you acup of the coffee, I originally ordered. I saw it as a admittance of guilt. :( when i first oredered it. He already opened asilver pkg and brewed something, and gave me the cup. What the heck was going on?! he thought I wouldn't know?!!! I asked formy money back, he returned it straight from the register. No hesitation, he knew, I knew. I will no longer visit thisparticular DD ever again. Read more

The woman in dunkin Donuts was VERY rude and Disrespectful! She was dissmisive with a BIG Atitude! The 2 co-workers laughed and... made fun of me and my order while I spent a good amount of money that morning. I WILL be contacting the Corporate office andemailing everyone for her misconduct... She was cocky and Condescending the whole time. I want this behavior and situation to beRECTIFIED ASAP! Read more

I ordered a Carmel ice latte & a French vanilla coffee ???? and they gave you a shot of coffee and fill the rest up with milk on... top of the full cup of ice. I told her that am paying for coffee not milk, so she said that's the way we make it so I said ok sogive me my money back cause I didn't order ice milk.. Read more

I went to order a Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and asked for the bread not to be toasted and the employees could not... comprehend basic English and seriously asked me if I didn?t want the sausage and eggs cooked when all I said was for the breadnot to be toasted, it?s a simple request but apparently it was made difficult. This happens on multiple occasions with thislocation and it makes it somewhat of a challenge to order food face to face unless your food is ordered on the Dunkin? app. Read more

I mean, I dont know, this Dunkin Donuts location is hit or miss. I go here regularly for convince but you have to be so specific... and on top of your order to make sure its actually done the way you want. It can be frustrating. Example, they always put waytoo much cream in the coffee, so you have to be extremely clear about how many creams or the color you want your coffee to be.I've noticed that the A.M. staff makes more coffee mistakes than the P.M. staff. Maybe because its easier going in theafternoon/evening, so they dont have to rush as much. I'm not sure but see for yourself. Read more

I mean, what can I say? It's your average Dunkin' Donuts. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the food is quite... exceptional;LOOK, it's all exceptional. The only minor complaint I can say is very little seating as it is a small space and itgets cramped sometimes. Read more

I had the worst customer service experience here. I went to the store where there were two employees. I wanted to try the new... frozen coffee. I asked them if they had the coffee in decaf to which they replied yes they do. As I waited for my drink, I didpick up an attitude from the employee that was assisting me but I let it slide. When the drinks were ready and I finally sawwhat they were I realised there was a miscommunication and I was given the wrong thing. As I requested a refund, the associatethat was helping me was clearly upset and proceeded to let me know that a refund may be easy for me, but it is hard for her. Shethen called the other associate who was working around the back by then and asked her how to process the refund. The associateinformed that she could give me the refund in cash instead of crediting my card which was my method of payment. As I stood atthe counter, along with another customer the associate that served me began to complain and chastise me. She insisted that theother associate should give me the refund as she was not going to do it and went as far as saying if she knew, she wouldn't haveserved me. She continued with her rant not only in my presence but on the presence of other customers and even as I was leavingthe store I could hear her complaining on top of her voice. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and Iwill definitely be calling their corporate office. Read more
