Fast preparation of my order. Clean store. Courteous and friendly staff.
This is the closest dunking to my house and it's a shame. I'd rather get in my car and drive to another one. They never make... drinks correctly. You tell them no sugar and they put extra sugar. It's a communication issue. Their lattes and cappuccinos thatrequire shots of espresso always taste off. Either they aren't using enough beans, using old beans or reusing beans. Someonefrom Corp needs to come train the staff at this place on how to make their signature drinks. No way I'll pay another $5 to havea warm cup of garbage. Read more

For the last few weeks I have had a terrible experience. I lost my job, house and my wife. Dunkin was my only escape and as I... used my last two dollars on a Dunkin Donut I professed my love for the fast food chain to the employee working. This place is HORRIBLE. New management is so incompetent! They're rude, snippy, and slow. I haven't had a correct order in... months. Why can't they get simple instructions like whipped cream correct? Especially since you have to pay extra for thingslike that!! Read more
I go everyday, the only question I'm asked is medium or large.... they know my regular order without asking... And if I want... anything additional... by the time I order. Some else (staff) has completed my order. The staff is friendly, accomodating andvery kind. Read more
