Always very kind staff and the iced tea never tastes skunky or old. It is always fresh. Nice and clean too and super efficient.
The cashier is rude and she treats customers terrible. She is completely distracted when taking orders. She gets loud and mean... when I told her she messed up my entire order. She was aggressive with me. She needs to get re-trained in customer service. Itis very disappointing to have someone with her attitude in the front representing Dunkin Donuts. I asked for a refund. One of my favorite Dunkin' Donuts, it doesn't have the drive-thru, which stinks, and there is usually really bad parking in the... area, so I either recommend going on foot if you live nearby, or having someone wait in the car while you run into pick updrinks or order. Otherwise the staff is super friendly, and very quick, which helps given how terrible the parking situation canbe. In my personal opinion, don't try to double-park and risk it, because there are tons of meter maids in that immediate area. Read more
I went into this Dunkin? Donuts on This pass Sunday at 5:04 might have been there first customer. Only place I used my card.... Next morning my text alerts are going off at 6:45 for purchase in South Africa.. If u have ever had to go through this it isreally been hell.. and I will be following up with a manger and the police Because it still doesn?t make any sense to me thatthis is the only place I have used this card in weeks.. Very bad service and attitude. The employee (seems to be the only one) always looks miserable as if she hates life itself. The... selections are very slim if anything. Why is there lemonade on your menu if you never have it. I only stop here as a matter ofconvenience. But I need to stop and just make the extra effort and stop at the one on Allerton and white plains. Read more
So I always go in the morning to get a dunkacino and normally it's great the service is excellent and the Latino woman I deal... with is fantastic but now theres a new crew...and I must say they all should be fired especially the big black nappy hairedyoung man who got an attitude because he was too lazy to make a drink. During the transaction he pretty much threw my change atme and then the girl who started making my drink thought I wasn't looking but made me a frozen hot chocolate instead. OverallI'm no longer going there in the afternoon cuz the afternoon staff sucks. Read more
