I come here often and it's usually kinda clean. Nothing bad about it. Cool staff.
I ordered a diet coke and cup of ice. My sister had an iced coffee. Fast and friendly service.
It has seriously gone down from when it first opened. Never was great, but even worse now. They barely ever make the drink... exactly how it is supposed to be made, & I noticed so many people who work there are not wearing a mask. Your dealing with abeverage or food that you are making, & are giving to people that are buying it. Act appropriate, & put on a mask. Some of thefemale employee's have snotty attitude's as well. They need to get a manager there who will get appropriate, & mature employee'sworking there. Not these kid's. Ridiculous. Read more
It is evident that this place is poorly managed. I think the qualifications to work here are actually to be as rude and... unprofessional as possible. Where else do you go into a store where you’re ordering and the cashier has airpods in for afacetime conversation? This place would be better off closed, and if that’s not possible get an entire new staff. Managersincluded as they clearly don’t care about customer experience. Read more
if i could rate 0 stars i would. This place has cockroaches and they think customers don’t know. I know they got an... exterminator but i saw two roaches not long after that. It’s so disgusting, i’m sure roaches have crawled all over the foodthere as well. One worker is unhygienic, she works without a mask which would be fine but she sneezes everywhere, has a runnynose and will do all of that over your cup of coffee that she’s making. I almost got a refund but luckily had another workerwith a mask on to remake it for me. One of the taller woman who works the register without a mask, makes the experience ofordering so difficult. She always has an airpod in and is having a totally different conversation on the phone. How can a workerhaving two conversations be good at their job? They are extremely rude and kept giving me the wrong order. I was in a hurry and when I accidentally spilled my coffee at the... counter, they refused to refill the coffee and said it was my fault.
