They almost NEVER open on time especially on Sundays and the morning staff has terrible customer service... They are rude and... don't know how to talk to people.. I asked the guy this morning will they open on time he replied " No" very nasty with his backturned to me... Who is the manager/owner ? What are you doing about this ? I ordered the Dunkin Midnight Dark Roast coffee with a donut a little after 7pm. The coffee was so smooth and rich. It was not... overpowering which I liked since I do not drink coffee regularly. I could taste notes of chocolate on my tongue. My experiencewith the donut was another story. It was quite stale to the touch and bite. It crunched when I bit into it. I would have hopedthe Dunkin associate would have warned me before putting it in the bag. Read more
Just terrible customer Service, They need to be thankful to have a job and when you go in there, they act like you are bothering... them, Ny granddaughter had to see how rude and unprofessional we were treated to make a purchase. My Granddaughter said herdonuts was hard on the bottom, I refuse to patronize them, will drive out of neighborhood and go to Westchester County where youcan receive professionalism and they do not mind working and servicing the general public. Disgusting and rude behavior to customers. I simply ordered a large coffee, light and sweet and was belittled by one of the... staff this morning (12/5 @ 7:30am). I handed the coffee to my husband. He added more sugar to the coffee and the server said "Iguess some people like diabetes." then shook his head when we looked up at him. If he made it the way we asked, then we wouldn'thave had to add more sugar. I don't expect much to come of this because we have seen this specific employee at another dunkindonuts and it seems like they just rotate him around instead of handling the issue. Read more
