The service was slow. My order was wrong but they fixed it and still got it wrong.
I'm a DUNKIN addict and from my Understanding when you order a signature Latte it came as is which is WHIP CREAM I always... mention to whip cream but was told no need because it comes with it so I stopped but today that I did not mention it they didn'tadd it and when I claimed it the worker had the nerve to say I didn't charge you for it THE NERVE I said but it comes with itdoesn't it he stood silent.....They definitely need Training Read more
Always a wait on the line due to the cashier taking an order then disappearing for 2min... Customer service could be better.... Store always seems to be short staffed and the workers that are there work at a slow pace. Read more
I don't typically review much but felt the need. First time in this location today and after a wait left. A FedEx professional... steps in front of me casually in which I let him know I was waiting. Before my calm exchange, the cashier and what appeared tobe a manager said nothing to this customer and kept servicing him instead of stop. The cashier smiled at FedEx and talked tohim. I said my peace to him peacefully and left. I then went to the Dunkin near the high school across the way and was treatedwith respect and customer service. There are many bad Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. This is the absolute worst. No matter what time of day you come it is a... horrible unfriendly disgusting experience. The employees are lazy and need micro managing or else they end up talking to theirwatch or looking at their phones while you’re standing there waiting for your order. There is one polite girl who works thedrive thru at night. I don’t want to group her into the unpleasant category she tries her best with no help from her coworkers. This is worst grilled cheese I ever had ...first I returned it because it was not toasted and it had no Bacon like I requested... ...so they made a new sandwich which was burnt ......they dont need to serve food if it's like this ...staff nasty with attitudeas well ...dont deserve 1 star Read more
The employees are rude always on their phones or they are in a corner talking about the customers. They never have hot food or... anything that is on the menu to make.and there are a lot of flies over the Donuts and the counters are always dirty. The qualityin that store is very poor and sad. They need to shut this place down because of the service and products you never have. And Ilike when I ask for a manager they say to me good luck in finding them on the phone or store. Read more
