The service was slow. My order was wrong but they fixed it and still got it wrong.

I don't typically review much but felt the need. First time in this location today and after a wait left. A FedEx professional... steps in front of me casually in which I let him know I was waiting. Before my calm exchange, the cashier and what appeared tobe a manager said nothing to this customer and kept servicing him instead of stop. The cashier smiled at FedEx and talked tohim. I said my peace to him peacefully and left. I then went to the Dunkin near the high school across the way and was treatedwith respect and customer service. The employees are rude always on their phones or they are in a corner talking about the customers. They never have hot food or... anything that is on the menu to make.and there are a lot of flies over the Donuts and the counters are always dirty. The qualityin that store is very poor and sad.
